At the beginning of the 2000s, the demolition of the former Borsalino colony (that of the hats) led to the construction of Il Palmeto: an innovative “open space” residential complex in the charming Loano.

Since 2003, the construction company Fresia 1952 has had its offices in the Il Palmeto complex.
